All sales made by US Speed Supply are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except where required by applicable law or at the sole discretion of US Speed Supply.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, cancellation requests may be considered at the discretion of US Speed Supply.

If an order has not yet been processed or shipped, US Speed Supply may approve a cancellation. If a cancellation is approved, any refund will be subject to the deductions outlined below.

Orders that have already been processed, packaged, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.

Refunds

US Speed Supply does not generally issue refunds after an order has been processed or shipped.

If US Speed Supply agrees to issue a refund or is required to issue a refund by applicable law, the refund amount may be reduced by costs and fees incurred by US Speed Supply in connection with the original transaction, including:

• Credit card and payment processing fees;
• Transaction fees;
• Marketplace or third-party payment fees;
• Shipping and handling costs;
• Special-order or supplier charges;
• Other non-refundable costs directly associated with the order.

Payment processing and transaction fees that are not refunded to US Speed Supply by the applicable payment processor will not be reimbursed to the customer.

Final Sale Policy

By placing an order with US Speed Supply, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED.

US Speed Supply reserves the right, at its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to make exceptions to this policy when appropriate.
